so what exctly are the audible repercussions when your sufficient does not have enough curent? if you system necessitates 1000w rms, and say you have stock alt./ no cap, does the sound cut out early, or would there be no kick in the bass... ect?
the amp will clip, usually blowing the speakers depending on their RMS and output of the amps. some amps will cut off, then back on, then off again...repeating if they can't get sufficient current. this can burn them up. can't think of anything else that could happen, but i'm sure theres more.
