well at what pont do we blow of subs :P lol.. i have 2 10" with 250 rms n 1000 peak.. running with Mono amp... giving around 300 w X 1 which is 150 X 2.. at 2 ohms.. now i wanna buy this amp http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926INGFS10 042127&catid=20103... its like 2 watts above the rms rating.. my question is that at what point will i blow my subs with this amp... or it wont just blow becuz 2 watts is minor.. or may be i should keep volume lil low from full.. thats the top? ALSO WAT IS the diffrence between these 2 amps...

not truly certain of your question, but no, +2 watts won't blow your sub. your sub blows when you have too much heat in the vc, or the sub extends beyond it's mechanical limits. i prefer about 50% above rms (or at least an additional 100 watts) to allow for headroom/peaks in the music. proper tuning is necessary.

well not blow just that i wanna get that amp i am runnign a small amp so i dun worry about blowing subs but if i get a new amp i wanna be carefull... so that i dun crank it up tha loud so that it blows.. if you above 50% rms or lets say i play it at 200 rms... and RMs is 250 of sub then is it bad???

no. underpowering your subs is not harmful. however, you stand a better chance of blowing your sub by pushing your amp into clipping to compensate for the loss of 50 watts than by adding the extra power for headroom. it depends on how aggressive you are.
it also depends on the subs though. they may not have a TRUE rms of 250w. in which case 200 watts would be sweet.
