hello everyone. As you can see from the topic, I am wondering how to hook up 2 amps to one head unit. I'm not that good with audio but I have a basic knowledge. I have an Alpine 350W 2ch amp powering my 6x9's. A friend of mine just gave me a 600W pioneer sub. I am wondering if I got a mono amp, preferably 500W, how I would hook this up while leaving the Alpine in. I was also thinking of just selling the Alpine and buying a 3-4ch amp. What would you guys reccomend? Thanks.

I say keep the freebie...but before you go buying an amp. you need to figure out what type of box you are putting it in.
