Which brand of amps do you think is best for my Kicker L5 15s? They take about 1500w Max/750 RMS each so thats a total of 1500 RMS. So which amp would push them hardest for SPL? I have two of these subs. Oh and they are wired in parallel at 2 ohms per sub which comes down to 1 ohm load on the amp.

MA Audio HK2000D
Lanzar OPTI2000D
Visonik V918XD
Hifonics BX2005D
Alphasonik PMA800DA
Soundstream PCA1500D
Soundstream PCA2000D

Which brand is the best and which brand puts out true RMS @ 13.8 volts and not at 17 volts like most say. Please help me with this. I want my kicker L5's to SLAM!!

The Soundstream PCA2000D might be a bit to powerful
The Hifonics BX2005D is overrated so it might put out like 1300-1400 rms, So the Soundsteam PCA 1500D might be your best bet. Those others dont even consider

Also do you have an HO Alternator because Most vehicle electrical systems are 12.5VDC at idle, only 13.8-14.4 above 900rpm

those subs will never handle the power they are rated at, stay closer to the rms power and not peak

They should be able to handle 1500-1800 watts easy (together)

if you don't have at least a 160-180 amp alternator then you are upstream.
