hey everyone, i have 2 700w subs and a 400w mono block amp and when i turn my stero up to about 3 quarters the lights on the deck flicker and then the deck shuts off and comes back in at the same spot, i was wondering if i need a capictator or a bigger battery or if i could just hook up another car battery in my trunk for my stereo, could someone please tell me what i need and how to hook it up or get it, thanks alot

Well usually when you are pulling alot of watts it makes your lights dim, but just a 400 watt IMO wouldnt make it do that. it could be a bad head unit or something. What kind of amp is it and what kind of subs?

What is the power going to your amp connected to? (Battery, inside fuse block, etc)
