Ok im the girl with the honda.. i think i may get a 160 amp alternator.. but for now is it ok to hook my subwoofers up to my back speakers with out an amp? it wont hurt my alternator or w/e will it since my amp isnt running it?

Why are you trying to hook up the subs to your headunit without the amp? You will not get any quality bass.
It can be done, but watch the sub's ohms. Make sure they are 4ohms in total resistance. DVC subs will not work.
You can still use the amp with the subs, as long as you keep the volume down.
When you need HO alternator, look at the posts in this thread. You should find links and contacts.

your radio isn't designed to run more than one speaker per channel, so you couldn't run rear speakers and subs together. plus the radio only puts out about 12 to 15 watts per channel, which isn't enough to drive subs. subs have a much larger moving mass and need a lot more power than door speakers to produce audible sound levels. you also need the crossover in the amplifier to make the subs produce nothing but bass.
just run the system without subs until you can upgrade that alternator
