Basically to make a long story short.... I'm trying to run this amp, and it appears everything is wired right. I've tried grounding it in several different locations. THe amp is getting power, but the light is red, so it's not actually working. If you hve any ideas as to what could be causing this, i'd appriciate your advice.
make sure the ohm load is not too low. What kind of sub(s) do you have and are they SVC or DVC? Also, did you scrape the paint off the metal when you grounded your amp? This is extremely important for your amp to work properly.
