Just curious, is the amp mounted to your sub box?

An amp should never be mounted to a sub box...the flexing of the box will cause components in the amp to come loose. I'm guessing that bump knocked them all the way out of place.

It'll need to be taken in for repair unless you feel like resoldering all of the connections on the board.

That is, if the components really did come loose.
