Not sure... but if you unplug one RCA cable at a time from the amp, and one of them doesn't make any difference to the sound, then you'll know it's not doing anything, right?
Not sure if unplugging/plugging RCA cables with the amp fired up is a good plan though, might want to consider powering down in between each swap.
