PAC CF-1 is the fan ya want.
wire it using a chassis ground, and use a relay for 12 volt power, using the remote trigger from the head unit as the signal source.

hey glasswolf, should i get two of them?? one push and one pull??i think i'll try and drill a decent size whole on either side of the amp creat two tunnels (one for push, the other for pull) if thats plausible. this is the best price i could find...

Kevin, you don't want to "push" air into the amp, unless it's aimed at the fins/heatsinks. After several months, you will have excessive dust inside the amp. Not good for something that gets really hot. Take a look inside your computer and you'll know what I mean.
If you want two fans, then make both "pull" type.

push-pull over the amp's cooling surface is a better idea, and old nylons from the GF or mom make great fan dust filters.

If your mom and girlfriend wear the same nylons... Damn... that's just wrong on so many levels...
