I know most amp run at peak preformance at 14.4v
Is there any (cheap) way to convert/change/Alter the cars' standard 12v DC system into a 14.4v DC system at the amplifier

(Please provide Links If Possible)
Thanks in advance

14.4VDC is the charging voltage of the alternator above idle. you basically just need the RPM of the engine above about 900.
12 volts is at idle, with no charging effect for the car battery.

note though, that most amplifiers these days have PWM regulated power supplies, which means no matter what the input voltage is, within reason, the amplifier gets 12 volts. period.

thus 14 volts won't affect output.

which reminds me I forgot to mention..
the voltage itself is controlled by the voltage regulator, which may be internal or external to the alternator.
in most all new cars, the Vreg is internal and part of the alternator, so it's not adjustable.

You'll need to get that supplies 30A of current. On eBay, you'll find some power supply for HAM radio. They should work well with car amps.
As for voltage, go with a unit that's close to 13.5v - 14v.

According to that amp, you'll need 60A power supply. eBay has some that are 45A - 50A for HAM radio.
