i need to know the best way to wire my subs (2 12" JL Audio's) to my amp (pyrimid super blue 800W, 4 channel, 2 ohm stable, bridgable) I want to get them most thump out of them i can. thanks in advace.
ohh noooo.... You are going to hook up JL subs to a Pyramid amp? Got any money? I would SERIOUSLY sell that amp (for whatever it's worth) and buy at least a half-way decent amp to power those subs.
In any case, there is no way ANYBODY can help you until you give us more damn information! We need voice coil configuration and power handling of those subs. Atleast a model number!
That Pyramid amp *SAYS* 800w, but in reality, it will only put out 250 watts RMS(if your lucky) = No Joke!
i figured the amp wasn't pushing as hard as it should. i will get more info on the subs later today. I bought the subs used so i will have to pull out one of the speakers to see exsactly what they are.
