Not absolutely sure of the 10" but if its like the 12" its 500 watts RMS and the model # 1042 means its dual 4 ohm and the model # with 1022 means its dual 2 ohm. Dual 2 ohm means it can be wired to present a 1 or 4 ohm load and dual 4 ohm means it can be wired for 2 or 8 ohm load. So your with the one you said the dual 4 ohm you'll need an amp that pushes 500 watts rms at a 8 ohm load or one with 500 watts at 2 ohm load and also 250 watts at 4 ohm would work also.
