Best amp for Diamond Audio Hex s600s comp. speakers?

I'm looking to spend about $300. Greatly appreciated for your help. I do hear that the highs can be harsh on these which would do well with "warm" sounding amps. What brands of amp are known for to sound "warm"?! Greatly appreciated for your input.
