Capacitor, fuse, and Wire gauge Question.

My system is running approximately 1400 watt rms. I have a Rockford 851x and a rockford 1001bd. I have 2 gauge wire in my car for the power line.
Will the 2 gauge wire work with a 200amp fuse?
Do I need a smaller fuse or a bigger wire or with the current system work?
What size of a capacitor do I need? I heard that capacitors are judge at peak power instead of rms. If so, then would I need a 3 farad or higher capacitor?
Are capacitors completely necessary for your whole system or are they better served with just your subs?
And finally, where is the correct placement for a capacitor for installation in terms of where you splice it into the power line. (before or after the distribution block)

Sorry for the length. Any advise is appreciated greatly. Thanks,
