my friend has 2 xplod svc subs and a pionerr amp. is their any way he can wire it so he'll get a 4 ohm load bridged?

Depends, on how many ohms each sub is. If they are SVC 8-ohm subs, then yes.

i think it can only be wired in 2 and 8 ohm right?

If he has (2) SVC 4-ohm subs the only ohm load you can get is 2-ohms. I suppose you could wire it for 8-ohms but there would be pretty much no reason to. You would hardly get any power from the amp.
