does it matter if i get wires for my amps off of ebay or are they cheap and i should i get them from like circuit city? one of the guys at circuit city said that cheap wires can cause the music to be interupted by acceleration or blinkers, is this true or is he just trying to get me to buy the most expensive wires? cause i know some wires on ebay are like $25 and at circuit city it would cost me over $100..... anyone who knows please help me out thanks.

the cost doesnt matter as long as u buy the right gauge for ur size of amp...the sound can be interrupted by the blinkers or headlights or nething like that...and if ur headlights dim when ur bass hits then u need to buy a cap

Wire is wire, some wires have thicker insulation on them but any wire that's the right gauge will work.

There is a bit more to wire, but generally it's pretty close. Thread count and materials are pretty important. Check knukonceptz, they've got some very nice wire.

And buying a cap isn't the solution to dimming, it's just a band-aid.
