Well I was wondering if I could get my two kicker S10L7's to out hit my cousin's JL audio set up. He has 2 JL audio 10's and I think the 500/1 JL audio amp. What amp should I go with to out hit his stuff? And what ohms should I run with it? Thanx guys!
What's your budget? If you can, you could probably match it up with a JL 1000/1 or a Kicker 1200.1. And if you REALLY wanna overpower lol the Kicker 2500.1. Or the JBL Crown series..hehehe 6000W!
Well, for a low low price, and a good amp, go with an Audiobahn A8000T. It does 800W RMS at 2 ohms. Supposedly lol 1600W MAX a 2 ohms...dunno about that though, but it will pound the HECK out of your subs. Although, that Kicker 1200.1 is a 1200W amp if you have the cash for it! From what I've heard, that JL 1000/1 is underated and it puts out 1kW at like 1-4 ohms I believe...someone correct me if I'm wrong!
