I have 2 Audiobahn AW1208T (1500rms 3000peak each) and am wondering what amp i should get. My friend has the same subs and a Boss pd4000 amp and its awesome...should i go with the Boss?
Short answer, No. If you got $2500 to spend go with 2 JL 1000.1 and a high output alternator because your be pulling around 175A. You may be able to go with something like MTX if you're on a tight budget.
Yea you can get an MTX 1501D off of ebay for around 300-350.I have a Question you said ur friend had the same subs and a Boss amp and it sounded awesome?That would be like sayin I have 2 JL13W7's runnin off of 2 JL 1000/1 amps and it sounds horrible except vice versa.
