BEISCHEL Unregistered guest | ok, so i know that in home audio, a 200W harman-kardon reciever will give you more power than a 400W Sony one (i cannot remember the reason, but i've been told), and a much cleaner sound. does the same quality over quantity hold with car amps? paying no attention to bass, if i want a clean, crisp sound, would i be advised to purchase, say a 200W xtant/ Zapco over a 400W MTX/ Kicker? |

The same reason Crest Audio or QSC blows Carver away. No attention to bass? are you not wanting accurate sound? Or are you not wanting a 'boombox'?
