Depends on how many watts you run it at. Anywhere from 20-80. If you run 400rms then your gonna pull around 40amps at highvolume and if you run it at 800 watts rms then your likely gonna pull 80 amps.

If you want to save the guy some money, ship it USPS first class/air mail and put an insurance on it. Canada customs are known for making things disappear, especially electronics.
Mark the transaction as "gift" and the buyer will pay less tax/duty. Just little things that help buyers get smooth transaction.
Fedex/UPS are one of the worst. They automatically charge $35 just for looking at your shipment, then tack on duty and taxes. Sometimes it ends up costing half the product's value! Normally it's a third.
You might want to explain that to your buyer.
One more thing, with USPS air mail, it takes a week, same delivery time as UPS (costs much more).

yeah i used USPS and im gonna declare it $100-150 and i will mark it used/gift so he can save more money on duties taxes... He is a good guy and check out his car and system. this is what he wrote me.

Well I alreayd had a system in my car....
1 X PPI PCX-1500
2 X PPI PCX-2200
3 JL Audio 10W6v2

but the PCX-1500 was underpowering the subs....so im putting one
PCX-2200 for each Sub and Im getting 2 X PCX-2125 for the interior

Everything is for my 200 BMW 540i....click on the link before you will
see the car...

dude. a 2200 on each sub?!? thats a total waste! with 1 sub per amp you have to set the sub for 8ohms and that will give you 1x400 bridged. a real waste of a good amps potential. you cant set the sub at 2ohms cause the amp isnt 2ohm stable bridged. you would be better off getting the PCX2400, setting each sub for 2ohms, hook the 3 up in series for a 6ohm load and bridge the amp. you wont get the full 1600x1 out of it but you would get 1200 or so and thats perfect for those subs. plus you wont stress the amp at all. run the sub bridged at 2 ohms and the amp is toast in 2 years. also. get one PCX4125 for the fronts/rears. sounds like you really like to throw money away.
