i have a boss audio amp 150x4 and i have a 8 ohm sub i want to hook up to it will it work or no its a boss audio rt845 4ch look it up for me plz and tell me if i can use a 8ohm sub on it for my suv?
Nothing's stopping you from using 8ohm sub with your Boss amp. It won't sound as loud as 4ohms but it should be okay. FYI, Boss does not list safe operating ohm range for that amp. Just 4ohms and 2ohm. I highly doubt you'll get 150w rms x 4. Look at the price, it's almost 10 cents per 1 watt.
