If money is not a problem, then look at Zapco's C2K 9, JL, Arc Audio, Orion HCCA 275G4, Orion HCCA 2100, Orion XTR 1400.

I wouldn't consider those amps "great", maybe marginally good to good. There's too many people listening to amps that clip/distort and thinking they're great. Put one of those Memphis and Hifonics on a test equipment and run some tests. You'd be surprised. The sound that you think is "great", is actually mixed with clipping/distortion along with music.
This is why if you find an amp that's 1000W rms and priced below $1 per 1watt, chances are it's not pure power.

JL 1000/1 is a great amp. A bit over priced but worth looking at. Not too far off from Zapco's though.

Not to many things are over priced if you get them used. And I've never had a problem. But now that I said that I'm due!?!
