I got a Sub that is for a 1.5Cu.ft Box But i made at 1.9Cu.ft will it sound better if the box is a bigger box are do the subs sound better with a smaller box.

Is it a Sony XPLOD sub????????? If so, it won't sound good period.

NO is not a sony is for a friend is a Audiobahn AW1206T 12" Flame.
Will it sound in bigger Cu.ft Enclosed are smaller Enclosed like 1.5Cu.ft are smaller?

Sealed or Ported? Sealed generally need to be deeper. Ported can be either deep or shallow. Have to consider mounting depth of the sub itself as well.

Bigger usually gives it a more boomy sound.

Generally the smaller the sealed box the higher the spl. Make the sealed box larger and you'll get a little more out of the low end.

Mine is 13"High, 13"Deep, and 28"Wide, and it sounds just fine. Got it from Ebay for 20 bucks plus 2 150 each tweeters. Box is very well made. I wish I knew how to run the tweeters though. Anyone know how?
