I was reading about THE BIG 3, and I did it on my car!! Now I am almost complete, besides the fuse that goes inline the alternator-to-battery wire. I read that the fuse should match the amperage of the wire being used? or should it match the alternator's amperage? And, if it does indeed have to match the wire's amperage, what is the average 4 gauge wire ampitance? Thnks alot.

The fuse is suppose to match your current load. For example, if you have an amp that's eating up 120A of current, then that is your fuse size. 4 gauge will handle fine up to 135A.

Your best place is eBay. Do search on car fuses. I bought mine from there.
