Easy way to tell if Im going to need a capacitor?

Before I go and put everything together, I would like to know if I'll need a capacitor (something tells me I will) Isnt there like a formula that gives you a ballpark figure

btw, im using a jbl 1200.1, 2 adire shivas, and my alternator puts out 70 amps

Whoa, you'll need HO alternator before a capacitor. If your lights dim then a capacitor would help, but only after the alternator upgrade. Before that, don't max out the volume or else you'll have some serious problems with your car.
You can get 2F capacitor for that amp.

Well, I wasnt planning on anything loud (yet), right now its just for driving, but as soon as i save up some more cash, ill get it up to snuff in the loud department
