Is the Cadence A7HC amp any good?

i've been lookin at gettin am amp an i found this cadence amp pretty reasonable.

its says it will do 1400w RMS @ 1ohm, will it really do that much?

do you think it will hammer on my x.x.x. 15?

good amps. rated accurately.
Cadence makes pretty good amplifiers for a fair price.
