I have one 12'' Jl Audio w6v2 subwoofer, and i plan to either power it with either a Jl audio 500 watt amp or a Rockford fosgate 500 watt amp. Any reason why one would be better then the other besides the price difference?
They're both pretty good amps so buy which ever is cheaper.

Is that the slash series of JL? If so, that thing could destroy any RF out these days. Id still get the RF though, unless your good at controlling overhead.

you cant beat a jl amp if u got the moeny especially for a w6v2 if u put nething else on it your gonna hurt ur sub and be sory the 500/1 is nasty for powering a w go for it
