I have 2 Volfenhag DVC 12s and a 600w Volfenhag amp, (2 channel). Is it possibel to bridge both subs without hurting my amp?

Yep. being dual 4 ohm, wire the voice coils in series, then wire both subs parallel to the bridged channel.
