i have 3 dual 4 ohm Alpine Type R's. they are wired in parallel at 2.6 ohms. I want to run one amplifier. I was looking at the Phoenix gold xenon 1200 class d mono, or the Rockford Fosgate RFX7A mono amp. i think the rockford puts out 1500 rms at 2 ohms. the pheonix puts out 1200 rms anywhere from 1-4 ohms. each Type R is rated at 100-300 rms and 1000 max. I was also looking at the Memphis MC1500D. which also puts out 1500 rms. what kind of amp would you recommend for my subs? i was thinking of spending up to 450 dollars, (and ill probably buy it off of ebay)
