Memphis Amp with Shivas?

How well will a Memphis 16MC 500D power 2 Adire Shivas in a sealed box. That would be putting a good 250 watts rms to each sub. Would this be enough to get the full potential or should i go to something like the Kicker KX 600.1? Thanks very much
