4ohm and 2ohm

why does ratio of 4 ohm and 2 ohm load differs in different amps.

Example: Amplifier A has 100 x 2 4ohm
160 x 2 2ohm

Amplifier B has 125 x 2 4ohm
150 x 2 2ohm

when the impedance is halved, the power output is doubled, theoretically. this is without calculating for efficiency, and loss through things like heat.
realistic gain going from 4 Ohms to 2 Ohms, is about an 80% gain in class-AB amplifiers that are built well. closer to 90% for class-D.
