I am looking into purchasing a DVC 10" sub (4ohms /coil)that will fit into my single bandpass enclosure. The only thing is is that there is only one speaker post from the enclosure. can I hook up both voice coils to the same post and just run the amp in the first channels? It is a mono channel amp but has 2 channels. Can someone give me a diagram or let me know if this is capable?

Yeah just do the internal jumper thing like I mentioned in the other post or like you suggested run the positive and negative ends respectively of each voice coil to the positive and negative posts on the inside of your box.

The extra terminal(channel) on mono amps is usually there just for convenience. Each is in parallel with the other. You can use one, the other, or both.
