3.5 Female to Dual Males!

I have been searching online and i can't find this anywhere...

I have a speaker and i would like to be able to play my mp3 and my CD player through it without having to change cables all the time.

I just need a way of sending two signals to one speaker... Does a splitter with two males ends exist?
