New family room in wall cables to 60" Sony above fireplace, I broke a pin in S-Videoinput. Bought replacement plug fm radio shack. Question: There is only 2 wires The plug has four pins, am I missing something... Yes I am electronically challanged!
I found how there is 4 wires. There is wires within wire. Still waiting for any help, Soldered the 4 wires to the 4 pins on the connector, it would not show the picture on the Tv its frustating. There is not much on the net on the configuration of the wires. soldering is quite difficult on such a small piece and if you dont get it right the first time, the solder will not stay on the wire...does someone know where the wires go on the connector? Any helpful links would be great I have not found much on S-video connectors on the Net. Thanks.
