Magellan Maestro 4700 Touts 4.7-Inch Display and Lane Assist

Magellan's new Maestro 4700 GPS offers a big 4.7-inch display, Bluetooth, voice commands, a "find your car" feature, and highway lane assist.

GPS maker Magellan is expanding its Maestro line of in-vehicle navigation systems with the Magellan Maestro 4700, which features a big 4.7-inch display, built-in voice commands, highway lane assist, and Magellan's OneTouch user interface for quickly bringing up favorite destinations. And, in a new twist, the Maestro 4700 offers a new "find your car" Pedestrian Mode feature that can automatically bring users back to where they left their car.

"We have incorporated voice command, Bluetooth, and highway lane assist to help you reach your destination with confidence," said Magellan senior director for product marketing Mike Wagner, in a statement.
