
Mobile Edge Intros TSA-Friendly Cases

Mobile Edge has introduced a series of notebook cases designed to let users get through airport checkpoints without removing their computers.
Notebook case maker Skooba Design has been getting some attention for announcing three new "checkpoint friendly" ScanFast notebook cases. The cases were designed in response to requests from the Transportation Security Administration for cases that can be X-rayed without removing notebooks, and which conveniently open for security screeners to see the case's contents. The idea is to speed security checkpoints by not requiring notebook users to unpack (and repack) their computers just to get through.
