4. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Complete and truthfully fill out the online survey at the URL http://www.ecoustics.com/contest/. Requirements include, but are not limited to entering your real first & last names, address, phone number, email address. Limit one entry per person and E-mail address. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error.
5. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about one business day following the end of the contest from among all correct eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond by email within 3 business days of attempted notification, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Able Planet Stereo Headphones (Model: 602100HP). APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: $49. Prize Winner must provide a valid shipping address or an alternate winner may be selected. Prize Winner is solely responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, such as all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted except at Sponsors' sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize Winner must supply Sponsors with his/her social security number for tax purposes and sign an affidavit of eligibility. Sponsors shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the prize manufacturer or shipping agents.
7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winner are subject to verification. Winner will be notified by email. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized email account holder and provide a copy of their valid State issued ID or Driver's License. Sponsors are not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsors. Potential Prize Winner must sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release Form/Affidavit of Eligibility. Release Forms must be returned within five (5) business days of receipt. Non- compliance may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. If a Prize is refused, a Prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, or potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.

INTERNET: If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
