Side entry banana plugs

Do i just shove the bare wire at the end of the cable into the hole at the side and thighten up the end to compress them?? Pictures would be helpful.... You guys are cool, peace.

I'm using Chord Carnival Silver Plus bi-wire cables, do i need to get rid of the polyethylene around the wire before i put the cable into the plug, or do i just strip off the outer layer? Exactly. The 'tightening up' is actually called 'crimping' and is best done with a set of crimpers...or pliers if you're really cheap haha.
