I am about to install a pioneer P4600MP cd player in my car (97 Toyota Camry). But I was wondering, because every time I start the car the factory radio turns off and then turns on. Probably because starting the car takes power from other stuff.
So If I am listeing to a CD on the ACC psotioin, and start the car, will the CD player turn off and turn on again and have to read cd all from begining and from the first song OR will it continue from where it was playing ?? Is there any way to stop this from happening??
Also, forgot one thing. There is a compartment under the factory radio, so when I install the new cD player can I move the comparment to the top and the cd player in the bottom? Is it OK or not?
the CD player will turn off and back on when changing key positions, but the CD player will only pause and pick up right where it left off if it's a decent CD player.
you can move the pocket and radio to any place you like if you have the skills to do so.
