Using a distribution block to ground

Do any of you guys use a distribution block to ground your system as well as feed it power? My brother told me to ground my amps through a distribution block to eliminate having several holes in my vehicle from grounding. Also, what gauge wire would you use to do this. Let me know what you think. Thanks,
kyle

Yeah kyle, i am gonna be using a distribution block for my power and ground also. My main lead from the battery is 1/0 so im gonna do 1/0 for my ground also. Just one hole is good.

How would it work if you wanted to use a fused distribution block as a grounding block? I already have 2 fused distribution blocks that I purchased from KnuKonceptz so I would like to use what I already have. The blocks can be seen here: http://www.knukonceptz.com/pro...-3448

Would any size fuse work? Somebody mentioned a bridge, or something, but I don't know what that is. Thanks for the help.
