I'm finally going to upgrade from a stereo system to a surround system. My current speakers are PSB Century 600i. As a first step, i'm looking to add a center channel.
I understand that I should match my center channel as close as possible to the front speakers.
I'm not looking to spend much, perhaps $200, and used is fine too. Can anyone recommend a center channel that would match?
I see a few PSB center channels on eBay right now, but have no idea is they match. For example: PSB Image 9c; or Alpha C1.
Make sure ALL of your speakers have the same type of tweeter (cone, soft dome, hard dome, horn, dipole, etc). The tweeter is what determines a speaker's character. Different types of tweeters will not work together.
