I am new in this forum. What are the advantages and disadvantages of Solar Power Generator? I've been using this equipment. I hope you can share your experience with me in using that kind of equipment.
$695 for a 28w kit? Are you crazy? Drop that kit in the river. Fast. Solar panels today are far cheaper than just 2 years ago. I have sources online to buy panels at a tad over $2/watt. With that baby of a panel, and it IS very small, you'd be lucky to get an amp out of it in full sun. That's about equivalent to a battery maintainer, not charger. And a 12v/12ah battery is like the ones found in toy scooters. For $700 before shipping you could build yourself a MUCH larger system.

At almost $300 cheaper you get 4X the wattage and 3X battery storage and an inverter capable of powering power tools on top of everything else. Throw in a cheap $10 DMM and now you have your fancy meters showing your battery's charge.
