Hail Storm

Well, I went away on a vacation to our cabin and a huge hail storm hit my neighborhood. My car got pelted and there's a bunch of damage. I have significant dents all over the hood, roof, and trunk. Does anyone have a rough idea of what it would cost to repair? I'll bring it in for an estimate, but I was curious to know what anyone else has experienced. It's a 2000 black Mercury Sable BTW. It is insured, but the deductible is really high, so I may not want to deal with it. Thanks for the info.

Oh lol I didn't know there was that many. To have all those dents fixed and get a paint job anywhere near factory quality will cost a couple grand easy, especially black which is one of the hardest to spray correctly. Pay the deductible and call it a day. Some policies won't cover "acts of nature" so look into that.

Yeah it's bad My policy does cover it, but I'm halfway wondering if my car will be totaled. It's only worth like 5K and if it needs a couple thousand in work they may say screw it????
