You can rescan without defaulting but you will probably end up with duplicate channels. You can delete the duplicates.I do not own a Nfusion so I can not tell you if defaulting takes your programming out but most receivers do not.

There is no default list, unless you go to a site and download a list.
1. Select one satellite at a time.
2. Delete all channels.
3. Scan the selected satellite.
4. Delete selectively the ones you do not want.
5. Repeat all for above for the next satellite in the list.

You will see all the satellites mentioned at this URL.
110W and 119W means the longitude west Of Greenwich, England.
For these two longitudes you are looking for Echostar10/11 and Echostar 14, in your receiver.

Some of the details of each are available through the Packages at:
http://www.lyngsat.com/america.html

I notice that Echo 10/11 and Echo 14 details are not available today. I am not sure why. It could be that there is a temporary blackout because of a electrical storm, but I can't seen why Lyngsat would not show the list. I would wait for a day or two, to see if the full list is available through the last URL I gave before deleting anything.

Somebody actually using the same receiver as yours might give a better answer.
