Pre-planning house coax wiring

We're about to do a major remodel on our house, and I wanted to figure out the best way to wire coax so that we'll have the most flexibility in the future.

We presently have a cable modem on a direct run from the junction into the house, plus 2 TVs sharing a split line served by an over-the-air HDTV antenna on the roof.

Going forward, though, there are 5 locations we'd like to be able to put TVs in the future (spread across 3 floors, but all basically accessible as part of the remodel). We'd like to wire so that the TVs all get good reception from the antenna but also so that if we decide to switch to cable or satellite TV in the future, we can do so with as little wiring work as possible.

Ideas?

Thanks!
