I was just hoping you could help me with some info regarding the issue I'm having with my 32'' Vizio SmartTV.
So I have a 3D320VX model # Vizio TV. And it is also 3D, however the problem I notice only occurs while in normal 2D mode. And the issue that I have had with both brand new Vizio TVs is that every time I turn it on, periodically every 5-10-15 mins the TV will brighten up and then within 5-10 seconds the TV will auto dim back down to the brightness the picture/screen originally was before it periodically brightens. I have had to exchange this TV for another one of the same model, and the same problem occurs, so I tend to believe this is an internal software issue built in the TV intentionally.
It doesn't matter if the the TV has only been on for 3 mins, or 3 hours, it will brighten and dim periodically, which is extremely irritating when watching a show. So would you have any idea on an adjustment I can make even within the options of the on-screen menu?
