Does any one know how to hook Projector up to NTSC cable tv

hi I am about to buy a projector, I also want it to have NTSC cable tv on it though. I am currently looking for TV tuners on ebay, but I would like to know how to hook it up first. And all my suplies I have is the projector, a TV tunere, and the little cord comming out of my wall for cable.

here is some info on my projector I am getting soon:

Get a VCR with Tuner capability, you don't need seperate tuner, Connect to the wall. Then connect to the Projector (has speaker for sound). you may use any way you want. RCA: Yellow (picture) Red and whiter (sound) or S-Video (has both pucture and sound). Tune the Receiver to any chanel that you want which works. and that's it
