First check owners manual(troubleshooting section), most of the time you just have to go into the audio portion in your tv's menu and turn them back on. Also, make sure all connections are secure!

I Have a problem about my toshiba tv when I first repair it i saw called solder in vertical deflection output IC AN5515 the symptoms is no audio no raster but red light is on.now my tv is deffective again is it posible that Ic is deffective?need some help...pleaaaaaseee
