Can someone verify that you need a linear LNB for Echo 9 and not the same LNB as is used for Echo 7 119Deg? If this is the case do I need a new dish as well or just a new lnb on a 20" dish?

thanks

I believed you will need a different lnb for eko 9, and require bigger dish, I can't certain how big, but it seems to be circulating at least 30 inches.

and if you want to get international on eko 9, sooner or later, they will move to 118.7 which is anik/f3.

still need bigger dish for that, and there are repoint kit for converting the super d, or you can get a generic 118/119 lnb.

I think the original post is about echo 7 119 and a regular dish should be ok for it

I think it was asking to use eko 7 119 lnb to get eko 9.
